These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ojaflow. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Ojaflow provides business management tools including inventory tracking, sales recording, customer and debt management, expense tracking and reporting. We may improve or modify the service over time.
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes attempting to access other users' data, interfering with the service, reverse engineering, or using Ojaflow for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Ojaflow. You grant us the right to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Ojaflow offers Free and paid plans. Paid plans are activated after payment is confirmed by our team. Plan features and prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Fees already paid for this billing period are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim to keep Ojaflow available at all times, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.
Ojaflow is a record-keeping tool. You remain responsible for your business decisions, tax obligations and financial reporting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ojaflow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
